Hi! We are Angela & Felipe Gonzalez! We are so excited to collect our culinary experiences and share our dreams & passion for food and beverage to locals and visitors alike. We are striving to be your go-to coffee & breakfast shop, everyday lunch spot and chef-inspired neighborhood eatery & dinner space. Come in and stay awhile! We can't get to know you!
Neapolitan Pizza Dough
Soft & Crunchy-trained under Maestro Vito Iacopelli, Chef Felipe make the pizza dough here at the Bistro and is fermented for at least 24-hours. Neapolitan Pizza Dough makes for a crust that is a little crispy on the bottom, cloud-like on the edges & soft in the center.
One Size, 6 slices. Chef-Designed. Perfect.

We have worked hard to package our food in a way that lets you bring the care of the chef into your home. We always love to see you in person, but even when we can't, we ensure that your dining experience is top notch! Delivery is through DoorDash.
